Great, fast service from Michael and the team. We needed the pens at short notice for an event and they were delivered with time to spare! The quality of the pens is great as was the engraving and we had a lot of comments on how much better they were than what one usually gets at conferences! Thanks again.

Ordered 50 pairs of thongs to be printed for a conference. They were due to be delivered no later than Friday 20th Oct. so emailed on Friday 13th to check all was on track. Was told they'd be delivered Monday 16th. Late on the 16th received an email saying they were out of stock. They hadn't even received the stock let alone printed them and were not going to be delivered on the 16th. Eventually got stock from a different supplier and received an email on Friday morning 20th saying they'd been despatched. Still hadn't received the thongs by 3pm so called the freight company who said they were just about to pick them up. It's now 4pm and still no thongs. Lies and more lies.

Overall great price for the product - cannot fault the level of service, excellent communication. Some 'assembly' required, as the cups arrived with the heat bands separate, but we had some time up our sleeves. Jess was great to deal with - we would definitely use Handy Imprints again .

We have ordered Lanyards now a couple of times and the service is excellent. Our company is in FNQ and generally any orders can take a while to get here. From order of lanyards to delivery is very quick. The product is great exactly what we want for a great price.
