Waited to write this review until I’ve tried for extended period. Was very excited for this purchase and love the modular concept, however just a poor experience and overall disappointed in quality. Ordered Nomad sofa with chaise in November, took just under a month to arrive. One of the arms was damaged with a stain and I reached out for replacement 12/22, took about 7 business days for reply (1/3, understandable during holidays) and replacement arm delivered 7 days later (1/10) except I didn’t receive (delivered to wrong address or stolen). When assembling, the instructions are easy to follow. I ran into issue with alignment on one seat (pin/pinhole misaligned). Reached out if I can swap/get a replacement piece, received tips to try (same ones I tried before reaching out). Asked about full return options but I was no longer eligible since at this point it was more than 30 days from initial delivery (despite the delays waiting for replacement arm/assembly issue.) Ultimately I assembled with the stained arm, got the the problem seat/side latched despite the pin not fully inserted with pinhole, felt it was at least functional enough. Asked for a credit, did not receive any acknowledgement of the request. Email support was friendly/understanding, but wish there was phone support as trading emails became inefficient and ultimately I gave up. Burrow did provide a courtesy replacement of the missing replacement arm, and that arrived very quickly. Couch looks great if no one sits on it. However, while the cushions are firm, I am noticing some sink/sag after light use for 2 months and don't think they hold their shape well, questionable for longterm durability. After sitting briefly and getting up, there's an indentation that's left behind (cushion does not return to its normal rested shape), would have to iron over with your hand to smooth away some of the indentation. My partner and I were looking for a smaller sofa with easy assembly for our NYC apartment and thought this Burrow sofa would be perfect. We’ve had it for 3 months now and we unfortunately highly regret this purchase. When we first received the sofa, the cushions were very stiff. They did soften a bit with use but, not much. (That issue wasn’t a huge deal but, might be for some so, I wanted to mention it.) The biggest issue though is keeping it clean! This fabric holds onto EVERY hair or piece of lint/dust that falls on it! We don’t even have pets! I use a lint roller/vacuum, I even tried using tweezers to pull the hair off and the hair refuses to budge from the weave! It also stains immediately if anything drips onto it. Water is actually the worst culprit! I have a huge water stain after attempting to remove a small spot (I instinctively reacted and cleaned the stain with a dish soap and water solution before remembering I was supposed to use distilled water and bleach so, I 100% understand that I should’ve followed the suggestion from Burrow) but, I still cannot believe how easily this sofa will hold onto any mark! I would not recommend at all if you have pets or children or if you plan to use this as an every day sofa. Maybe for an office or for occasional sitting but, this is way too much up keep for an every day use sofa. So sad about this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy. We had to put it together, but all parts were there and aligned perfectly. Comes with a nice tool for assembly.

Many problems with the sofa 1) sofa did not came on time which is understandable since it was before the Christmas 2) as soon as I made the order I send them a note the chance the leg color and they confirmed updated but still came with wrong leg colors . 3) zipper of the one of the seat cushion already broken 4) cushion has lost it’s shape already , some part loose its compacted filling 5) left corner connection opens every now and then when someone sits that’s side . It is not even a one month since I received this sofa and already falling apart not sure what I am Going to do with it . We have a Mulbery protection and we will see how much their customer Service will help us ! I will update my review once we receive any update from them Overall I am not happy with my buy

So I had been eyeballing this rug for a while. It is a pretty rug. It’s nice and thick, a bit heavy. These are definitely not the kind you put in the washer. If anyone even thought about it. So far my only complaint is that it specifically says no or little shedding (can’t remember exactly) however I have swept this rug a few time now, and it definitely sheds. I don’t have any carpet rooms so no vacuum, hence the sweeping. Haven’t had any spills on it yet, so I can’t confirm on how well it cleans up yet. I hope it’s better than their “no shed” statement.

They claimed 6-8 week delivery time. It took over 9 weeks. For such a large purchase the communication from customer service is terrible - they don’t have chat or phone support only an email they respond to in 48 hours. My couch was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday so I arranged work so I would be home that day. Instead it showed up the Saturday before, while I was out of town. I was notified the day before of an early delivery and there was nothing I could do to change it. Nothing like having several thousand dollars worth of product sitting on your porch for 2 days. Lastly, the couch was very uncomfortable. I returned it immediately.

If you’re thinking about it. Just buy it! Love this bench for my entryway. It was super easy to add the legs to the bench. And I was amazed by the packaging. Very well thought out and it arrived fast. That alone was worth every penny. The fabric of the cushion looks a little cheap but as a whole the bench is a 10.

I like the products. Great quality, great aesthetics, super easy to assemble, good style, ok price when on sale, but the shipping time is insane.

I bought the 6 piece Range U sectional. We are very happy with this item. The item took a while to assemble but not challenging just a bit endeavor! My husband and I put it together and the instructions and hardware provided were great. Even the packaging in boxes that were really like a fort! The packaging of the hardware for each piece was the best and beautifully packed. It came in little pouches in the same material as sofa and they are so attractive I have shared them for makeup bags with my sisters. Thank You and I will definitely recommend your product to all my friends and family.

Rug quality is great but the color are lighter in person than the pictures. Also, rug pad is a big disappointment. It was way bigger than the rug size and I had to trim out the sides by my self. Overall I like the end result but please check the rug pad before shipping it out for 8X10 rug.

Shopping for a love seat with chaise was a multi-month search process. Learning and loving the Scandinavian simplicity, the mid-century modern style gives my gathering place not only comfort, but impeccable presence. I so appreciate the practicality of your pieces. It’s perfect.

Purchased the Nomad Sectional, when it finally arrived we are unable to complete assembly due to corner section being completely out of alignment with latches, wholes & pegs. Have been trying to get a response from a person at Burrow without any luck. If we ever do; will have to pay to send items back even though it is not our fault. In the meantime we have 9 large boxes just sitting in our garage. What a waste of $2700 not even including the additional $250 it will cost to get it sent back IF WE EVER GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND!!!!

This range couch is very weird looking to the eye when put together. The back cushions are so uncomfortable with the inserts. The gap between the side arm and the side cushion is is very big and the negative space is like a black hole. So disappointed with this one.

I’m so glad I went with Burrow—0 regrets! The Range is super comfy. Firm enough to offer support for chronic pain, but soft enough to offer comfort. So far my cats love it too and haven’t managed to even leave a mark on it (despite trying ha!). I will say that it helped a good deal having more than one person to help put it together. Not impossible to do alone, as the drill holes and hardware were almost perfectly aligned every time (when does that ever happen?!). The instruction booklet was very well written, with step by step and accurate visual diagrams. If you’re considering a Burrow purchase: go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

This is my first time buying anything from Burrow. I bought the Field 2 Piece sofa. The fabric is luxurious and hasn't snagged once from my cats scratching it. My dogs have gotten a couple dirt marks and they have easily wiped off with a wet cloth. There was no off gassing or chemical smell. We have decided that the 2 piece is too small for our space and want a 3 piece instead. Because of their modular design, this is an easy fix! We will soon be ordering a middle seat to make our sofa bigger! My only complaint were the directions weren't as clear as I would have liked. I figured everything out with a little trial and error. Most annoyingly they are written in the TINIEST writing. Millennials are definitely their target market. I'm 51 and even with my reading glasses had a hard time.

I collect Navajo weavings and have been looking for a way to both store and display them. The set of six shelf units installed atop chests of drawers is ideal! Well made from REAL WOOD … both stylish and utilitarian.
