Just want to say I really appreciate the customer service desi posh provide!! I've ordered suits from other businesses before and as sizes vary from business to business, some do not return or exchange the suits!! Instead they behave rudely and do nothing about the suit!! But hand on my heart, I've had no trouble with desi posh! I ordered the beautiful strawberries and cream outfit, it was stunning but unfortunetly the size didnt fit me. i contacted desi posh and they got in touch with me and happily agreed to exchange the outfit. They respond quickly, gave me options on how to exchange my suit and if the size wasn't available then i could pick a different suit, and kept me informed throughout the process and let me know when new stock was posted online . Really looing forards to my Zara Shahjahan outfit to arrive. I know for a fact it will be better than i expect. I will definitely be buying more suits in the future and i will recommend you to family and friends. I hope Allah (S.W.T) puts lots of barkat in your business, Ameen x
