Really 4. 5 but I will round up because they were quick about fixing it. I received the wrong product first. I contact customer service and they got me the second product. I got my product in the end and the product was amazing so I’m happy.

Shipping was fast! Product was okay, I don’t think it’s heavy enough for natural hair styles like twist out but does great with silk press hairstyles.

The system is so simple. I received it super fast. Hair still had lots of texture on shampoo day
