Shipping was that same week. And the shampoo is the best let it sit for five minutes an it will stop your hair from shedding.

This product is not good at all! It’s suppose to be lightweight, but it is the total opposite. It makes my 4a/4b hair feel horrible. The cheap moisturizer from Walmart or the beauty shops work better than this black owned brand. Not to mention that the bottle was leaking from the top when I opened the package. I’m very disappointed as I love the shampoo and heat protection from this brand.

Never received my order I reached out 5 times no response! They will not help and just take your money and leave you hanging! I will never order from here again not a good first time experience! Horrible

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT! So far the only product to really hydrate my hair after a wash. My curls pop and I can’t thank Design Essentials enough!
