I use the obagi eyelash serum and love results. But the usps lost my package. Thankfully the company made it right and got me a replacement package sent with fedex.

Zero stars. The product is always great but the service from derm avenue has been horrible. I followed the promo link for buy 2 get 1 free and did not receive my free product and am getting all kinds of excuses and no help with a resolution from the support team. Unacceptable and unethical. If not resolved, I will be parting ways with the derm avenue.

SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum. I was disappointed to learn that the packaging has changed and there is a lot more plastic and less serum in the product. Wish they would go back to the way it was before and provide more product without the dual pump system which I found to be unnecessary.

Although you shouldn’t judge a product based on cost, this is worthy because it feels thick and goes far. Only a couple of squirts and my face is covered. It has already made a difference in a couple of weeks.
