Arrived from Denon on time. Packaged well. Don’t want to output my TV thru the receiver - music only - which was an issue. Sent a CD Player remote which they replaced with the correct one, but had to wait a week to install the receiver. Setup Tech was excellent! He helped me get it setup without the TV. Streams well from my iPhone/iPad. Love the amp!

The only issue I had was the product was not delivered as per the "delivery date" listed in the check out. Instead, it arrived 3 days after. However, the quality output from the receiver more than made up for the delay in shipping. I'm hooked up to two tower speakers and a sub and the sound is phenomenal.

Met our expectations for what we needed. Nice set up for a small home office. Crisp sound. We normally play jazz or blues at lower volume as background. Small format speakers perfect for our space.

The XT12 arrived with a broken dust cover. I called Denon and customer service rep spoke poor english. She was able to transfer me to a Polk Audio rep who had a replacement shipped here in two days…
