Your customer service person, Paul, was courteous and tried his best to help with turntable before suggesting I return.

Had a problem with connecting the subwoofer and the speakers with the sound bar but figured it out! You just need to start with the sound bar if ever it doesn’t connect the first time. Reset is the magic word. I hope it lasts forever ‘coz I don’t think you’ll find the perfect sound in a perfect sound bar combo in the market for the price!

Denon made it easy to research information about my DM-41, and the ordering process was easy. I knew a signature was required for delivery, and I had to leave my house somewhat unexpectedly on the scheduled day for delivery and I missed the driver. The next day, I was told that that my DM-41would arrive by the end of the day. I called the shipper for a timeframe, and the driver showed up at a different time from what I was told by the shipper. I almost missed him again because I didn’t hear my bell ring. Fortunately I caught him, and I happy to have my music system and I am enjoying it.
