Terrific!

Efficient and fast shipping. Refurbished but looked brand new. Thanks

Unit didn’t work. I used the chat on the website to help - they suggested factory reset and, if unsuccessful, contact customer service for a possible return. I called customer service multiple times and got ‘We are expediting high call volumes’ and got disconnected each time. I tried to initiate a return via the website, but even when cutting and pasting my order number from Denon’s email, the system said ‘no order found’. This has been a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend purchasing this brand, especially from the company.

Denon is the best.

I’ll buy again!

I very like it

Ease of order, much quicker shipping than I had expected and a very nice-looking unit with easy set up exceeded my expectations.

These look more like used and returned than refurbished. Or maybe scratch and dent? Not refurbished quality though, maybe they should rename to scratch and dent?

Now that it's breaking in, it's very strong sounding. Clear, great build-quality too. It's perfect if you have some speakers and gear but no amp -- and the Bluetooth makes it an excellent all-around choice; as I didn't need a blusound node for this setup -- just use my phone.

Everything worked out great

The purchase process was excellent as well as the shipping of the receiver

Denon Customer service is excellent. They make it So easy for their customers.

Denon is top quality. I use this unit to power ceiling speaker in 4 rooms in our house plus greatly improve the sound that comes from the TV.

Excellent, fast shipping. I highly recommend ordering products from Denon.

Overall great program of reselling top quality refurbished equipment.

Shipment on time as promised.

Customer service is amazing!!

Delivery was 2 days after order without any problems.

Clean look & fast delivery. Easy setup with intuitive remote control. Appreciate the ease of operation & overall sound quality is great. Denon delivers!
