Goodservice but the refurbished receiver failed quickly

The receiver arrived very fast and was secure by requiring my signature.

I didn't expect the delay from the time they got paid until the unit was sent meaning their "confirmation" process as I was going on a vacation and had to have before we left. We did get that worked out and the Supervisor got is sent out ASAP and it arrived the day before we left. Thank you for that. That was the only hiccup as the ordering process was fast and easy. Contacts at Denon that I dealt with were also very courteous and professional. I would have given it a five star for the employees but that confirmation process by 3rd party I really didn't understand or think was necessary.

I was an early backer of Nura and was scared and also thrilled when I learned that nura was acquired by denon. Denon knew a good thing when they saw it! The user experience is virtually identical to nura but now with the reputation of denon. Happy to say the tech is fantastic!

The receiver arrived in excellent condition; actually appearing new. The set up was easy, but I’m still getting a garbled background voice whenever the program starts up or goes to commercial. I use YouTube TV streaming and other streaming services, and whenever a program starts or goes to break, the audio reads the on screen information. I can’t stop it or lessen it, so it’s kind of frustrating .
