Horrible. The scents took forever to arrive, there way no tracking. Both scents I received dissapate immediately, don’t even make it to the living room. And my mother’s item has yet to arrive 8 days past Mothers Day.

I needed help with an order. I had waited long to take care of it but when I finally did they stood behind their personal service and fixed it Thank you Demeter! I really love many of their fragrances and mix them and use them as a single fragrance note. I definitely lean on the green and fresh side. Love the bath/body oils too.

One item was missing, so waiting to hear more details when I'll get that (ironically the one I found the site to purchase and then the other three were just last add on decisions). The shipping option was limited, but it is what it is. I may have just been extra excited for new fragrances. Riding Crop was nice but leathery to wear on skin. Good for room or car though for sure. Mountain Laurel gift was a no for me personally. Old Book was a bit older than I expected. It was more 1800's book or early 1900's book with a certain cover and binding that added something to it. I was hoping for late 1900s to 2026 small town library/barnes and noble/open a new book but still smell the old ones it was near. Purse spray size option is nice. Good amount of mist without getting soaked and just one will do, two if a walkthru type spritzer.

I’ve loved every scent I’ve purchased from Demeter. Used to purchase the cotton candy, screwdriver and fuzzy navel. They were so good then and scents have just gotten better!

None of the fragrances smelled like what they were supposed to.

I’m beyond blown away at the way Stable smells! You quite literally captured a scent I’ve loved dearly since I was a kid. Meadow flowers, hay, warm sunshine and horses. The epitome of Summer Magic and you nailed it!!! Don’t ever stop making it. It makes my heart and soul so happy!

Missing candle

Recently I purchased a purse sized Freesia spray from Demeter. Over the years I have enjoyed many Demeter fragrances. Today my much anticipated Freesia spray arrived, and I confess to being very disappointed. There appears to be little Freesia scent at all. Actually no scent that I can discern.

I was so pleased with all of the fragrances I received. I cannot wait to try more.

Funeral parlore smells exactly like you came from a wake or youth next in line to be buried. So much so its a little hard to wear. There is the floral but also the must and earth. It would be great sprayed around at a Halloween event

Funeral Parlor really captures the mustiness mingled with the floral essence. Very interesting. Not disappointed because I knew it would be an unusual fragrance but I have to get used to it

Very slow order processing. Parcel left the warehouse after aprox. 3 weeks and after that the carrier charged me customs and other taxes similar amount with what i paid for products. I wrote them en email asking about this late sending and they never answer. Not a good experience overall.
