I ordered two different gifts to be delivered to 2 different people. I also paid for gift wrapping. One was delivered properly but the other was sent to me instead of the recipient. I noticed that I could order the same item on Amazon without having to pay extra fees for shipping & gift wrapping. I think you have a great product, but was very disappointed with the extra upcharges.
