I have MANY collections from over the years~loved the products. Unfortunately, I ordered a duplicate item. It hadn’t arrived yet. My recent experience with a rude representative, lacking in any care whatsoever has me wondering if I will ever consider DEMDACO products. Such lovely gifts and yet such horrid representives~I can’t support that and discourage others from buying direct!!

I received a thoughtful Demdaco gift from a friend after the passing of my mother. I wanted to send a gift to a friend upon the loss of her mother as well. I reached out to Demdaco with question via both e-mail and Facebook with no response. It is evident that you are not interested in my business. I will shop elsewhere and recommend others do the same due to nonresponsive customer service

All of the things that go into making a purchase was, as a person should expect. The shipping was excellent. We were kept up to date on the status and location etc. Also the packaging was well thought out to protect the fragile items purchased. They were done very neatly with great care.

I ordered a Willow Tree figurine for dear friends, but forgot to add their shipping address to the order. Demdaco service representatives helped me cancel and reorder with the correct information. They made sure I was correctly refunded for the canceled order. I was very pleased with the people who worked with me.

The “Jesus Loves Me”’Music Box that is a Cross with a Lamb is a perfect Baptism Gift. The Ceramic Cross/Lamb and music box are excellent quality and beautiful.

Nice packaging but not impressed with the socks especially after being washed

I had my order in a few days with no problems.

My daughter latched onto The Old McDonald Cow puppet and carries it everywhere. We bought a second one in case one got messy. That came in handy to say the least! Needless to say, I just purchased two more of the same animal to replace the other two that were getting tired. She didn't bat an eye. She loves these!

I ordered and within 3 days she received her beautiful package from DEMDACO. Family did not send photos but emailed me that packaging from DEMDACO was so pristine and beautiful they did not want to open
