The pen had a good flavor, decent hit to it; however the shipping was my most major complaint. They state it ships out next day, but it only creates a label with USPS to sit there for like 1-3 days (sometimes longer). This is aggregating, especially when you order early in the week on a Monday or Tuesday and you don’t have your pen shipped out until Friday or later. I am waiting at the moment on a pen I ordered Tuesday and it is still waiting for label with USPS…

I bought these at a buy one get one free promo. The first one started leaking within a few days. The second one even quicker. I only use it before bedtime, so it wasn't like I was hitting it heavily. I would not buy this brand again.

It said "address couldn't be found" and never arrived. I called the nearest USPS they said I should wait 1 to 2 weeks for redelivery to sign for the package but they never came back.
