Great texture and flavours but maybe in addition to those cakes also consider trying a cake where you don’t hold back on the flavour at all e. g. a rich chocolate or Black Forest cake, something decadent not overpowering in sweetness and well salted to bring out the depth in flavour. Not at all implying that the cakes I tried weren’t good because they were and I could see they were made with care and thought but it is hard to find a cake that’s rich in flavour and doesn’t hold back a punch. Definitely will be back for more. Thanks
