The customer care of this company is amazing! There was an issue with product leaking during shipment, which is beyond Deebee’s control. Their response to the issue was quick and they were so gracious in product replacement. All their products taste great and I will continue to purchase all of my freeze at home treats from them!

Order 4606 Please see below order placed on April 8th. The shipment still hasn’t been recieved and the shipping tracking says Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item LOUISIANA, MO 63353 April 8, 2024, 3:53 pm Can you please let me know what is going on and when I can expect to recieve?

HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM...... YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! My wife is addicted. I am addicted. I had to get a subscription for deliveries, every two weeks. I think I need to bump that up to every week......lol. DeeBee's are the absolute finest replacement for all of the sweet junk out there. It's what I call, "responsible snacking". I had no problem with ordering online. There was a sale going on , that made it even better. I would recommend these organic treats to anyone with kids as a good snack, or anyone who wants to eat healthier. Of course you have to freeze them first, and they are good for hot days, but I eat them after dinner as a dessert even in the colder months.
