I had been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my new scent and there was a delay- I received an email saying there was a problem with the tracking number and then it was all cleared up. Great communication and excellent produce. I will be purchasing again!

This is my first time trying DedCool and I was excited to try it out but had an issue with my first ever order with them, I only received 1/4 items in my package when it said all shipped. Costumer service was great and instantly set up a shipment for the missing items but it took a while for those to ship and I’m still waiting to get them (tracking says delivery today) so it’s been almost a month since my initial purchase. Overall the brand seems great but I was a little disappointed with how my first purchase went. But would still give them another purchase if I continue with the perfume.

This is my new favorite brand. Their scents are fresh + light. I love that I can use as well as my partner can use their scent given they are unisex.

I struggle to find scents that both smell great and are non toxic. I was hoping to find one scent from the set that I really love, but I ended up finding five. Easily one of the best discovery sets I have ever tried. They all smell noticeably harmonious and beautiful!
