Great hydrating serum! Lightweight, hydrating, and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. My skin feels softer and smoother after using it, especially when it’s dry. I’m very happy with it and would purchase it again.

Packing materials and quality of how items are placed in the shipping box has gone downhill from the previous years. Products are still wonderful but the service side is not paralleled.

The packaging is a little bigger than necessary. I hope the packaging can be better sized to match the product in the future.

My face loves these products. I have fine pores so a lot of products just sit on top of my skin, but not this regimen. I want to keep touching my face, my skin feels divine. I ordered a kit, the only problem being one of the tubes popped in shipping. Support asked for a picture, but I had already binned the goopy cardboard. Otherwise, I am a new fan!
