Great products with a responsive designer
Love my mechanism stuff, I use it every time I play my Steam Deck and often with other devices too. The designer is super responsive and always improving the products while maintaining compatibility. Can’t recommend this enough.

I've purchased at least half of the things that Mechanism makes. Everything has been top notch so far. Love the Deckmate, Switchmate, and accessories. The Portalmate and Inventory Sling are en route to me currently so I'll see how those are soon. Shipping is always fast, packaging is good, products are great.

Order delayed, but more than taken care of
I ordered a couple items, but they took weeks to even be shipped. Turns out some items got delayed because of a warehouse move. The owners were kind enough to add in a complementary item to my order to make up for it. They are more than happy to take care of their customers. Will absolutely be ordering from them again.

Just started testing it out
Just started testing it out on my Switch OLED and I'm loving it, but the only thing I'm disappointed was that my package didn't receive the MagSafe adapter that was in the bundle! As for now, holding the grips on this feels very comfortable and unique in my hands! I'll probably buy more products like this in the near future!

Very accommodating assistance. Useful products.
I needed to adjust my order in a not-so-simple way and Mechanism was very understanding, accommodating, and human about it. The PS Portal accessories have been working out great too. One suggestion would be for the phone holder’s tilt to lock in position. My iPhone 14 Pro Max is pretty heavy and I prefer to keep my UAG case on, so the tilt sometimes moves a bit if it’s at a horizontal/hanging angle and the Portal wiggles. It’s minimal though. Everything attaches/detaches easily and is made well. These accessories are the ones nobody else thought of and they’re so useful.
