I am LOVING Decjuba so much right now! The clothes, range and shopping experience have been fantastic. My only disappointment is the online Customer Service, which is primarily AI. Yes, you can eventually get through to a human, but it takes a LOT of persistence - and sometimes you just need a person! I’ve also found that when returning something in-store, the staff’s demeanour can sometimes change, which can leave you feeling a little guilty for simply making a return. I say this as someone who manages Online Customer Service for an Australian brand myself, so I completely understand the balance between AI, efficiency and customer service - and I promise I’m not being arrogant! 😉 I just know how much difference a little human interaction can make. Overall, I’m still very much loving Decjuba!

Have just put in my review and Really do love this product

Perfect transeasonal top! Bought normal size I like that it’s not a boxy length and perfect for this time of year. Wore with my leopard print pants for an elevated look! Love this top! Bought the chocolate as well.
