I have yet to receive my order, nor can I get any response to my voice mails or e-mails to get an update or even a refund. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

FRAUD: YOU NEVER FULFILLED MY ORDER. You have ripped off dozens of customers. Refund our money and shut down your operations.

No follow through with my order. No return e-mail messages when I asked about my order. Very poor way to do business.

Terrible service. Emails to find out where my item is went unanswered and undeliverable. It’s my assumption they took my money for my item and I won’t ever see it. It’s been weeks now. No idea what’s going on. Horrible service. Thieves.

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received an email saying that it has shipped. I have called several times and nobody answers. You can’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. Waste of money and time.

Login to my account is hard to find without googling decal extreme login. Search is good. I am not sure why I build points and get emails regarding them if I cannot redeem.

The website was fine but I've been trying to find out about my order, New Order # 28408, for over a week and keep getting email undeliverable answers.

I did not receive my order and no one answers the cell phone number listed as their business number. No one answered when I submitted a question on the website nor through email.

Its been almost 3 weeks (FAQ says it will ship out 3 - 5 days after order) since I've submitted my order, Store owner never replied to contact us form, and the email "info@decalsextremeonline.com", doesn't accept emails, Gmail reported the following error "The response was: The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. ". This is the email they have listed on their site, but its clearly inactive. Cancelled my order.

Haven’t received yet!!!

I ordered back on June 25, I need my order by Saturday, July 22, and still have not even been notified of shipment yet. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone calls and still have not been contacted back. I was charged for this item, never received it, have never had it shipped, have not been contacted back about it and now I do not have enough time to try to order from a different company.

Product never shipped and outside of the order confirmation, I have received no other communications.
