While I initially received the incorrect part, a quick call found customer service extremely helpful, the return was easier than Amazon, and a full refund was issued the day the original part arrived back at their facility. Will definitely consider them again in the future when the need arises.

I would have rated great but it was missing the metal black clips that lock onto a metal bar to secure it tight. Outside of that, everything was good. Site, ordering process, shipping, and updates on order were all good.

I ordered both vvt sprockets, new. one was great, the other was incomplete and even looked a little used. I called and got Luke Carpenter. He was great. He got me a label to send the bad one back and got a new one coming. He was so helpful that I will now but my genuine Ford parts from deelerautoparts. co exclusively. Thanks

After searching long and hard online, I found DAP, who looked like they might have what I needed. Most everywhere else said they'd take the order, but didn't have the 'nationally backordered' part. I talked to a rep at DAP, who said he was pretty sure he had one of the item in the warehouse, and that he'd go check and call me back. He put his hand on it, and called me. I placed the order immediately, and I had the part in hand in three days. Great service!

What is the point of putting in your vehicle and searching for a part only to be brought to a page filled with products 50% of which aren't have nothing to do with the search input, "dipstick", and the other 50% aren't made for your vehicle. I get the Javascipt would require the parts to come up on an inquiry but there's no ability to filter to only show parts compatible to the vehicle input. Do better.
