I’ve only had one issue with a missing item in a shipment but they promptly resolved the issue. If you ever have a mishap just take photos of your items received and boxes before you throw them out. But still 5 stars for service.

I’ve been enjoying Crystal Retinal so far. It feels really nice on my skin and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen. My only issue is the pump — it can be quite difficult to dispense the product. I often have to press it many times just to get a small amount out. The product itself is great, but I wish the packaging were easier to use.

Delivery is very fast, as always.
