I loved how they kept me up with the order and made sure everything was smooth and the packaging was still neat too

Not good I am trying to return it because it is a duplicate. The video on the web site does not work and I enter the order number it says it is wrong. Very frustrating

Connection hiccupped and I had to reenter my address, but somehow the suite number was lost. FedEx and HyperX keep trying to direct me to the other to get my package delivered. After multiple calls, FedEx phone tree AI routed me to a real person who said I could just go to the local distribution center for pickup. Note on package said the sender's (HyperX) phone tree was not helpful for completing deliver.
