Great, thanks ACON!!

Solid positive experience with purchase of 15ft round replacement mat. I appreciate the details of what to pay attention to when determining exactly which mat to purchase. Prompt email communication and speedy delivery for in-stock items.

Everything was good except as discussed with ACON, we were very disappointed that after making a second trampoline purchase (now over $6000 invested in ACON products) the company refused to offer any kind of loyalty discount. This is our last purchase unless ACON would like to reach out and help explain why giving us any kind of offer for our second trampoline purchase was refused.

First time we were excited to get the hoop up, a 10yr hold boy jumped grabbed the rim to put the ball in but did not hang on it and it is now always downward slanting. In addition to this new one, we have a used one on the other side of the trampoline and same story from our friends. So while the backboard is sturdy, the hoop is not.

Support after two years was denied. Then you send me repeated requests for reviews. Well, I'll fill them out then. :)

Trampoline itself is great, has held up to my two boys and many friends for 5+ years now. Only issue is the top of the netting plastic caps which do not do a great job holding the net.

Shipping was a nightmare. Then when product finally did arrive (later than advised after initial package not delivered) it was missing 18 springs. We were advised it’s best not to jump on it until we now receive the 18 missing springs. However the assembly person (who was excellent) we hired already assembled it - try telling our mostly nonspeaking autistic daughter who LOVES to jump that she can’t jump on this trampoline in her backyard , that we’ve been telling her about for weeks and was for her 10th birthday . I understand shipping is out of the company”s control but I’d recommend others considering an ACON to just pick something up locally. Not worth the hassle and no discount or refund or anything offered.

Ich habe im April 2024 ein Trampolin der Marke Acon erworben. Trotz ordnungsgemäßer Handhabung gab es im Dezember 2024 den ersten Schaden. Das Sprungtuch war gerissen. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde dieses ersetzt. Im August 2025 stellte ich nach 15 monatiger Nutzung fest, dass einige Gummis nachgelassen haben und wollte diese ersetzen. Nachdem die bestellten zwei Setz geliefert wurden, stellte ich fest, dass diese nicht an das Sprungtuch passen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich jetzt auch ein neues Sprungtuch benötige, da die Produktion umgestellt wurde. Mir wurde zwar ein Rabatt von 32,00 EUR gewährt, trotzdem sind mir Kosten von ca. 100,00 EUR entstanden, die durch die nicht notwendig gewesen wären. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll, dass das von mir erworbene Produkt durch die mangelhafte Qualität nicht meinen Ansprüchen in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit gerecht wird.

Package arrived damaged with NO protection for the mat inside, so once the box is punctured the mat is vulnerable. It was not a pleasant experience.

I was able to pick up my product from the distribution center. It was easy to find. The guy that helped me was very kind.

Acon is always responsive to emails and phone calls. We love our Acon 16' rectangular trampoline - it's growing with the kids - who are now teenagers!

I have tried several different brands of trampoline pads. None of them hold up for even one seasons. Several only hold up for 2 or 3 uses. Acon’s are durable, and safer for my kids.
