Great looking shoe but narrow

10 business days after order shipped from US to Canada, the shoes are still in the US and no ETA at all. This is unacceptable and will most likely never order again. I ordered a few times in the past and DC Shoe were using UPS. Orders were received fast enough. Since they switched to DHL, there are huge delays.
