So I ordered size 18's which is crazy they carry my size. . . . . very hard to find. And was accidentally sent 12's. But their aptitude and effort to quickly fix the problem, left me not worried at all, and I want to say the quickness and support given was 110%. I still have not received my order. It’s a week late. And the fact that I got a satisfaction survey before my shoes is the biggest reason you’re getting 1 star. Horrible experience. The lack of free shipping for Canada means I probably won’t be ordering again, which is unfortunate because I haven’t worn any other shoes except DC in over 10 years. I hope you all are satisfied with yourselves.

I'm upset it is taking so long to receive them. Although I am receiving updates on the delivery, they are still somewhere in IL and I am in Canada. Hope they arrive by March 24th for my friends Birthday.
