The employees working front of house welcomed me into the store. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I felt valued as a customer.

Yeah, I bought it over the phone, my friend picked it up later. I ordered it over the phone, they called me back later, confirming whos going to pick it up etc. I'll go out of my way to do business with these guys.
