We got our Rothco Kids Tactical Vest in yesterday and my Grandson love it!!! I believe he has had it on now for 24 hours and counting lol. Not only is this jacket completely water resistant, it wears awesome and lets you move for any type of condition exigent or non. Pockets interior and exterior are very versatile and user friendly. Only hangip is personal but the hood is bulky and makes the collar a bear to fold down with hood tucked inside. Pros: Water proof, light medium weight, storage-pockets. Cons: Hood tucked makes bulky collar Best Used For: Cool to cold days and rain/snow fall
