Absolutely spot on! Turned up on the day we asked, was delivered by a very friendly helpful man. The bags of coal were very well packaged and were all bone dry when we opened them. The coal itself is the best coal we’ve ever had, long lasting and very little ash. Will defiantly be only using this coal from now on.

Excellent service and excellent quality

Wouldn’t normally buy firelighters, however received these with a recent order so decided to give them a try. They work well, I like the fact that they come in a bag which keeps everything contained rather than ending up with clippings as can happen with other types.

Poor end delivery,you give a certain day then it turns up the following day after the booked delivery day.

Quick efficient delivery

Excellent quality logs packaged well and cut to a size that fits the log burner nicely. This is our second season buying them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and the products.

These are IMHO the best heat logs out there. They burn clean, hot and long and we have been using them for years. Delivery is always smooth with Dawsons and one pallet of these will see us through the cold winter months.
