Fast delivery, excellent logs. Very thoughtful placement on f load on drive to make it easier to unload to house too! First class service from Dawsons! Thank you!

Fast shipping, great communication

Amazing customer service from Anne Marie, and great service from Nick who delivered the logs on time and managed to manoeuvre them into our shed. Top marks for your team here! Thank you

Excellent service and delivery driver a credit to Dawsons Fuels

Fast efficient reliable service would recommend Many thanks

Excellent in every aspect

Dawson's are local to us, always a pleasure to deal with the staff. Makes spending a lot of money on fuel more palatable!

Arrived as scheduled. New heat will be burnt when temperature cools. New heat is a good fuel that last with little ash and burns well for heat temperature

We’re going to have a rethink about log delivery as this item was delivered to number 7 ( instead of 23) due to haulier equipment failure. It was delivered in the middle of the parent so this had to be moved first. Some of the logs were very large so need to be split further to fit our log burner. We hoped to stack the 2 types of logs (oak and birch) separately. I have medical conditions so the extra movement of logs was difficult.

Good quality wood as always, delivered with care and expertise. Thank you 😊

Very happy with my purchase and the driver was very helpful and pleasant. I shall be using you again .

Order and deliver was excellent. Will be burning them in winter

Having dealt with Dawsons for a long time I find there is complete system that suits my purpose. Reliability is assured by their business practice.

Would definitely buy again Get my heating fuel up for next winter You can never have enough

Arrived in good time

Really good and super hot 👍

First class experience it’s a 10 from me. Bernard Heaton

I have been a customer of Dawsons for years and the service standards just keeps going up, The logs are of a very high standard and packed into the crate extremely tight

Prompt service. Great logs. They make such a difference to the stove.

Very good service. Logs delivered on time. It would be good to have a mix of ash, oak and birch logs as they burn differently.
