★★★★★ The product itself appears to be good quality, which is why I'm giving it five stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the order process was disappointing. The item was incorrectly listed on the website, and I was sent a Queen set instead of the King set I ordered. David Jones has acknowledged that the website listing was incorrect. By the time we realised the mistake, the sheets had already been washed and used, and the packaging had been discarded. Rather than being offered a practical resolution, we were advised to arrange a return of items that realistically cannot be resold. I would have appreciated a more customer-focused approach, such as sending the correct item or offering a refund while allowing the incorrect set to be donated. The product quality is great, but the handling of this issue has left me disappointed.
