Customers service not the best, only apology received was via my trust pilot review. No interest in customer satisfaction or what can be done to rectify the situation, no options offered other than “so you want to return it?”. I had to ask for a discount on 2nd purchase, only 10% offered. The product itself is really good (if there were no defects!). The lady I spoke to on reception was helpful, shame she doesn’t work in customer service!
