Bought the bullet hydra. Absolutely beautiful set

Absolutely appalling customer service from a company that clearly has no interest in looking after its customers. I ordered a dartboard and printed surround from Darts Corner on 22nd January. The order didn’t arrive until 30th January, which I was told was due to the surround being printed. When it finally turned up, the print quality was shockingly bad — cheap, blurry and completely unacceptable. I contacted them immediately to request a full return, which they agreed to. I sent everything back on 3rd February via DPD next day delivery. It was delivered on 4th February and the tracking clearly confirms it arrived at their premises. Despite this, they refused to refund me because the DPD driver didn’t take a photo inside their building. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, they simply used this as an excuse to withhold my money — even though tracking showed it was in their possession. After multiple pointless emails and zero effort on their part to resolve the situation, I was forced to open a dispute with my bank. Only after providing all the proof did I finally get my money back on 20th February — 16 days later — and only because my bank stepped in. If I hadn’t escalated it, I’m convinced I would never have seen that refund. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. Once they have your money, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong.

For my sons birthday I wanted a set of Jocky Wilson darts. I settled on the steel tip original 28g. The listing desribed them as coming with datadart stems, Jocky Wilson flights AND a hard case. On opening the box there is NO case. Just called and spoke to someone who said the listing was wrong and should have been updated. Not willing to be of any help whatsoever, very short in manner. Not a huge purchase only £70 with a few other bits but disappointed in customer service based on their error in describing the product, was not as described. Now scrabbling around trying to get a case for his q8th tomorrow. Not great!

The surround came as a kit, with the dartboard, darts and the surround. This review is for the surround only and its not fit for purpose and would not recommend it. Please see photos. This was the second product that does not meet expectations as the holdall bag for the stand the zip was broken.

Ordered a set of L style kami flights, a set of stems and champagne rings. 4 Sets of regular flights were chucked in free of charge so thank you very much for that! My parcel arrives next day on standard delivery too so very happy. Thank you very much, I will be purchasing again!

What a dartboard this is,no marks when pull darts out,fantastic colours and vibrant,new there was a reason I never liked winmau boards!!🤣🤣

I bought some Cosmo spinning flights and I love them, for me they are excellent. No more flights coming off and not as many deflections. I’ve ordered some other colours now and I gave some to my son who loves them to. Some of the lads up the club say they don’t like them and some do. I think it’s because they spin round when you land the dart. Anyway for me they are great and that’s all that matters.

I bought my first set of darts in April. The blogs/articles on the website were really helpful in helping me to understand what I needed and what would suit me best. The delivery was really fast and I have been very pleased with the darts. A month ago I broke one of the stems, leaving a small bit in the barrel, and I did not know what to do. I contacted Darts Corner and they were so helpful - I didn't realise there was a tool to help with this exact problem! They were able to send me the tool and replacement stems immediately. I will definitely recommend Darts Corner to anyone needing darts equipment!
