Socks shipped very fast however I ordered wrong size. I called and spoke to Kat. I explained I wanted the same order just in correct size as I ordered wrongs She processed a new order, sent a return label and and soon as I took to post office and return was scanned I received a message my new order was being processed and I received in a few days. Excellent customer service!!
