Terrible. I ordered weeks in advance of VDay. Danbury took so long to fulfill after the original order approval that Amex pulled available funds back so in response Danbury cancelled the order sent a letter revealing the gift and delay to my wife. Thanks! Spoke to CS, problem understood, promised each speedy result guaranteed before VDay. Here's the stupidity of it. Even knowing the problem history, they repeated the same exact cycle several times over and over again maybe 6 times. CS isn't just about being nice, it's about actually fixing a problem. First time in 30 years I didn't have something for my wife on Valentines Day.
