It’s mid IMO- I think it could work for people but I don’t think it lives up to the hype I was trying to replace my Limon by minna life which is no longer being made. I had hopes and was looking forward to maybe an even better experience and options. I was sadly left frustrated

Poor rating per Dame customer support not resolving the sending of defective merchandise and then replacing it with more defective merchandise. Customer support was quick to respond first time concern was brought to their attention. They will not refund your money for obvious reasons BUT if the merchandise is known to be defective to begin with why continue to replace with same defective product?! Shame on Dame! I want to be refunded full amount for the shear annoyance and inconvenience despite your policy of no refunds.

Both of my products came in time, and look well made, excellent news for someones first vibrator, considering I've been looking around for two or more years, your marketing and designs caught my attention as someone who is put off by a lot of other designs out there.

I had a product issue that was still under the warranty. It was addressed quickly and without hassle. Tin was great to work with and a replacement showed up about a week later.
