All in all, I recommend Dakin Farm's products without reservation. If I could, I'd be eating their products at least once a week year-round, but that would be overdoing it. :-)

Cabot Cheddar is my favorite cheddar. Delivery is always as promised and packaged to meet the demands of the weather.
