The things I have ordered are good quality and came in a timely manner. Only downside was never getting the email promised that said “your item(s) has shipped”.

Ordered 3 initial bracelets for gifts. One of the initials was wrong. I contacted customer service. They have advised they are sending the correct initial bracelet to me.
