You did not do well at all

The product was too hard, and upon efforts to return the item to both Daily and Co & Mongze, it was rejected even the item was not utilized in any way. The item had to be removed from the box for us to examine it, and this action voided any chance of return. What a farce. Also do not waste time trying to contact Mongze Customer Support. They will not respond to your mails.

My spouse keep snoring in the middle of the night and i felt the pillows we were using were not suitable enough thus i bought 2 Mongze Ergo Airnet pillow. We have better sleep now and my spouse doesn't snore anymore! Great!

Last summer I had been to Seoul and occasionally bought two pairs of leggings andar and have been wearing them almost every day during the year. Of course when I traveled to Singapore this summer I have been looking for this brand and to my happiness this store opened in Singapore, I bought a lot of clothes there including this jogger leggings. Strongly recommend this joggers!

I tried using this pillow over 2 nights and I find that the 3D mesh filling is simply too firm. It does not have any flexibility to conform or "hug" the head. After laying my head on the pillow, i can feel pressure slowly building at the back of my head after a few minutes, as if I'm laying on a yoga block. The experience is uncomfortable and not conducive for sleeping. My partner tried it too, and had the same conclusion. The only pro I notice is this pillow does not trap as much heat as my form-pillow.

Went to Marina Square outlet but the service was really bad. Takashimaya outlet was good. If able to add this service buying online and exchange in store will be better.
