Accidentally ordered the wrong item. I notified Dagne support and they responded immediately regarding how to return and get the correct item and refund on wrong item. There was a $10 charge to do this even though I notified immediately before it shipped out. I could not find how to cancel/remove the wrong item from the order status. Not too happy about that policy but the service was good.
