I absolutely love the muffs, I’ve been wearing them for years and this year I decided to get a pair for my finances family but I ordered the wrong size and when I emailed the sprigs family instead of going through the whole return process they gifted me the two pairs I wanted to exchange & gave me the correct size as a gift! On 11/29, I was looking at the wrist wallets on your website and wondered if they were women only since all the pictures are of women or if they are for both women and men. I clicked on Help, completed the Contact Us form, and hit submit. I decided to go ahead and order them so I didn't miss out on the Cyber Monday 25% and Extra 15% Off on Wrist Wallets discount before it expired. It was before the designated expiration time, but the discount did not automatically apply. That time I sent an email to hello@sprigs.com. The next morning I received a reply telling me that if I placed the order, the difference would be refunded. When I was placing the order that morning, the discount automatically applied. I responded to the email to let the customer service person know that I wouldn't need a refund, and I asked the same question I did the night before. To date, I still haven't responded to either of the questions. The wrist wallets were received today. I need to know if I need to return them because they are for women only and look for some other present or keep them because they are wearable by women and men. Can you help?????
