We live in Asia too, shipping was fast, arrived well in time for our project needs!

The team was very communicative leading up to the delivery of my purchase. I was also happy to see that the website included clear install instructions and specifications of the product. The product itself is also beautiful and well crafted!

I recently ordered Tama L rain chain in dark brown color. The rain chain arrived in perfect condition via FedEx. It was carefully packed. I am also very satisfied with its quality and apperance. The description on the company’s website is 100% accurate. The ordering process is striaghtforward and convenient. The company takes care of the tariff and custom clearance. The staff is also very resposive. I received the response to my request on the same day.

Elegant craftmanship.

Even though the rain chains traveled halfway around the world from Japan to Europe, they arrived safely and very soon after we placed our order. Thank you!
