These are wonderful! They give me just what I need without the overwhelming, swirly feeling! They hit quick too! Seems like overtime the effect starts to get a little stronger the more you consume. Just an observation but I’m not concerned tho. 👍👍

The gummies definitely helped with sleep, but the effects lasted way too long. I still felt groggy and out of it the next morning, and it took too long to feel normal and functional again. I also shared them with two of my girlfriends, and they had the same experience—they slept really well but felt the effects for too long the next day. They work for sleep, but the next-day grogginess is why I wouldn’t purchase them again.
