Received very quickly, it's the first time I've used hot wax, before I used oil, I'm really pleased with the wax and I won't be changing. I've done several major rides and the chain isn't dirty, so I'm pleasantly surprised. I recommend cyclowax and I'm going to tell everyone I know about it.

I've really enjoyed my new Cyclowax kit. The heater is very efficient and the swizzle wire setup is a super easy (and genius!) way to properly hold the chain and ensure good full coating and subsequent drying. I wish I had switched sooner! For those intimidated by the upfront cost, don't be - it's worth it!

The chain is silent as a whisper. Love having a clean bike!

+ easy to handle and compact - stand underneath the pod is not well designed (cable) + a bit instable - Rotary knob doesn't make sense when just one temperature is working nice
