excellent buying experience. Worth the hassle to move to wax? I don't know. It is clean though. For me it matters

Top service

Perfect 👌

Brilliant . . very well made and oozes premium and quality … one suggestion- on the clip which attaches to the chain cradle … it would be great to have a release button for the hooks… that way you can switch from one chain cradle to another simply and without risk of snapping the hooks…. Fantastic product… took my chain waxing to the next level….

Brilliant bit of kit

A very well designed system, not only for the waxing process itsself but also for the logistics and storing of freshly waxed and to be waxed chains. Also very easy to use.

All good

Massive upgrade on existing Silca setup. No more sloshing wax everywhere. Chain holder a bit fiddly first time you use it. Optimises every step of the process. Well done guys.

The wait was a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is superb and feels really premium. The process is so much more convenient than faffing about with a crockpot and meat thermometer! My only feedback would be that it could do with a cover to keep dust and other detritus out of the wax when not being used. I quickly modelled and 3D printed one, so no hardship.

Awesomely

The starter kit was amazing. Got the new chain on my bike so I missed no time while I cleaned the old chain and got it waxed and ready. Works perfectly!! My gears have never looked better and the shifting has improved.

I’ve used these links for quite awhile and are far easier to use with no downside… other than cost. Why so expensive !?

Great

Works how it should be quiet and clean

Alles super. Von der Lieferung bis zum Produkt gibt es nichts zu beschweren.

Order was never received.

Everything fine!

I cannot use it as my Wax Kit has not arrived since I have ordered in March.

Love it. Needed a new chain and finally decided it was time to switch to wax. The cleaning was kind of a mess but necessary anyway- I used WD 40 and then rubbing alcohol to degrease everything which worked out well. Cyclonic chain arrived as scheduled, easy to install and works super well. So quiet, and clean to the touch.

I received nothing???
