Ordered a couple different items from this site everytime the item gets lost in the post so you pay for express shipping and it still gets lost

Brought three bicycles cover and the quality of the cover itself is pretty good. Unfortunately the black threading came undone after one use. This bike rack is very good with locks on the towbar and locks for the bikes. Easy to assemble, fit on motorhome and appears very strong. One criticism I have is, when rack in the hitch and has bikes on, it hides the van number plate so need another plate and when the bike rack not in use and folded up, it still hides the number plate and no where easy to fix another number plate.

AFter doing a lot of research about purchasing an exercise bike via Amazon, Ebay etc dealt with this company directly. Great they had a phone service so could talk to a real person, answered all of my questions and bike arrived as promised via a courier. They contacted us to make sure we were home. Everything happened as promised and bike was easy to assemble and will be great to have one over the coming weeks.

I ordered a bicycle mirror from CyclingDeal through Amazon. There was a considerable delay in delivering the package. As soon as CyclingDeal new about the delay they offered to have another mirror dispatched via Aus Post. Great service to recover a bad situation. In future I will deal direct with CyclingDeal.

I just had a wheelset exchanged that had been supplied with an incorrect freehub. There was no hesitation on Cycling Deals part to do this even though it was after the return/exchange date had expired. Great service!!

Recently upgraded my bike light to a 1000 lumen item. Unfortunately the strobe setting doesn't work, so I contacted them and they have agreed to send a new one. And I can keep using the original through the dark mornings of winter while I wait for the replacement. Thanks Aiden, excellent service.
