Fast shipping, did not have to deal with customer service so not sure what that is like. Product is a nice soft leather. Did not love that it came folded up in a little box for a big tote bag because then I had to wait for the lines to fade

i can never say enough about your customer care. Darlene and Kim Renee on the phone are all amazing! The ladies in the SOHO store are so kind and genuine. i do think that the craftsmanship on some of the purses can be a hit or moth with regards to usage. but they are some works of art.
