The representative was extremely helpful. The product did unfortunately arrive damaged, but custom sports quickly corrected the issues. They sent a return label and sent a new replacement. The items turned out great. The company has the best customer service and great well made custom products

They were amazing! The cards are printed to perfection! They even called me with concerns about my artwork bleeding into the cutoff zone so I could adjust and resubmit before they printed.

the lettering on the bottom of the laxcrosse touched the graphic and was not offset to like the lettering on the top. There was nothing in the design tool to move the lettering. I assumed the seller would take care to ensure the top and bottom lettering would be offset to the same amount. Clearly they seller did not care enough ot take pride enough in the job to do it right, Disappointed in the product.

I purchased custom pennants for my son's baseball team. The process was seamless, customer service was fantastic (talked to two live humans within a few short rings!) and the end results were exactly what I had wanted. The other parents all commented how great they were - much better than a trophy.
