Forward grip works on the B&T m17 lower with minor fitting and must be mounted forward as not to stop function of the stock latch

Umarex (HK license) MP5 . 22LR pistol ($108. 00) Solid feel. No scratches or marks. Unfortunately, due to different tolerances within the Umarex/HK platform, the handguard has play (wobble) from left to right. Not a tight fit. Contacted Custom Smith who advised to use some black electrical tape and attach to the front and rear of the handguard. Apparently, this isn’t anything new (it’s not mentioned on the product page). They will send you pictures of where to specifically attach the electrical tape to your handguard. It’s “ok” now with a little less movement. It still isn’t as tight as it should be. It’s a . 22LR so I hope the “tape” solution holds up for some time. No veteran discount available.
