At first, the pillow felt great. For the first three days after receiving it, it was very comfortable and supportive. However, after about a week, it started to flatten and lose its shape. Now when I wake up in the morning, my neck feels quite sore and stiff. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up as well as I expected.
