This was my first contact with CustomCable. They answered both my email inquiry and a follow up question within minutes, and said no problem, we can create that cable. They were shipped out the next day. Excellent tech support, production and delivery. Cable was UN-balanced XLR to TRS, Pin 2 to tip and ring, Pins 1 and 3 to sleeve for connecting mono, balanced monitor XLR out from mixer to a stereo 1/4" TRS input on a headphone distribution system. Website deserves credit for clear indications of exactly how their cables are wired. Will shop there again when the time comes, Thank You!
