Shipping was inadvertently delayed where I had to inquiry about my order. Department was very responsive and shipped my order very quickly after my inquiry. No rush at my part (order a hatch actuator so I can put up with the delay) but if this occurs for other folks with time sensitive orders, they may raise a bigger fuss.
