Bought the magnetic levitating shoe stand, item is a recall which I was never notified. Once I stumbled upon the realisation I completed all the steps given to me in order to receive a refund, months have passed without a whisper, further emails sent to no avail. At this point I had to throw it away to avoid it catching fire and I can’t sell it as I wouldn’t want anyone getting injured.

I purchased two things from them 2 caps to be exact. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend. Apparently they use SHOP which tracks your order for you in an app. I haven’t used that app in 3 years. This is relevant to the story. Before I checked out I noticed that the billing address was wrong and I did change it foolishly thinking I had changed the shipping address. Wrong, I will own up to that that was the minor yet major mistake I made. Apparently when checking out my phone noticed that I had used SHOP in the past and automatically input my OLD address from 3 years ago. I hit purchase and checked my order and that’s when I noticed my mistake! I emailed them within minutes even though their page stated calling them will help resolve the issue faster. But guess what they don’t have a number available to call. By the time they got back to me the order had been shipped which I still don’t understand how they can ship an order so fast within hours. They suggested I had to contact the courier and cancel the order which I did but the courier was as useless as them and the only way they communicate is via chat or email. After going back and forth and this company responding every 2 to 3 days later they pretty much told me they will not be reimbursing me even though I told them I will not be able to retrieve the package. Do not purchase from this company they do not care about their customers or assisting their customers!

This is a scam!! I placed an order August 1st, 2025 never received!!! Have emailed three times since still no response!! SCAM SCAM

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made through your store. On 27/08/2025 bought a pair of Nike Manoa Leather Boot Black/Black - 1 from Culture Kings. Unfortunately, after only use of less than month I noticed sole started to detach the stitching came loose, or the material started to peel. Given the premium price and your reputation for quality, I expected far better durability and craftsmanship. I’ve attached photos of the shoes and the issue for your reference through the email that I sent to your email along with my order number: NZ11563210 which I am still waiting to get reply back from you from last few weeks.

Culture Kings is the worst. Their sizes are all over the place, and their return policy is flat out offensive. I ordered a medium shirt for it to fit like a xxxl, so I got a small shirt. It fit like an xxs. Now I have to pay you guys $7 to exchange it, because you guys have horrible quality control. The quality of the small shirt is awful. It feels like it came from SHEIN while the medium shirt was high quality. I will never order from them again, and I will spread the word about the horrible quality.

Customer service is non existant. I returned goods as per the directions. Followed the polic y in regards to trying to have the handling charges waived. Got confirmation that my goods had been returned by AusPost and now zero communication. No response to multiple emails. No notification of the store credit. NOTHING. Acting like the worst scam website online. Avoid and do not expect any assistance at all from their returns team.
